ALIGN & ACHIEVE 😌


Over the past 2 days, I've conducted a 2-part workshop called Align & Achieve inside my community Yoga Habits for Self-Care.

In Part 1, we focused on the "align" piece. I guided you through a reflection of that past quarter so you could observe your experiences without judgment, embrace gratitude for the good things that happened to you, and to release the things that you no longer need. At the end, we did a quick subjective analysis of the different categories in our life so we can determine how satisfied we are.

In Part 2, we picked up where we left off. We reviewed our reflection to prioritize the areas of our lives where we wish to see nominal improvements. We went through a great exercise to bring intention and structure to our goals.

This was such a fulfilling experience.

I LOVE this workshop series. I've conducted it in many different iterations, and it continues to evolve. But I feel so strongly about the benefits this process can have to help us achieve more fulfillment, joy, and "success" in our lives (whatever "success" means to you).

We'll build on this momentum with monthly check-ins over in the Yoga Habits for Self-Care community. I hope to see you there!
